India Corner at Southern Connecticut State University

On February 10, 2020, the Southern Connecticut State University welcomed Deputy Consul General Shatrughna Sinha for unveiling of the India Corner at the Buley Library. India Corner is a collection of books gifted by the Consulate on India - its history, people, culture and politics.

Present on this occasion were Dr. Joe Bertolino, President of Southern Connecticut State University, Dr. Robert Prezant, Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Clara Ogbaa, Director, Buley Library, Dr. Erin Heidkamp, Director Office of International Education, and Dr. Manohar Singh, Dean of Graduate School. Faculty and students of the university also attended the program.

Deputy Consul General thanked the President and his team for their cooperation and for hosting the India Corner at the Library. He also said that the Consulate looks forward to furthering this relationship with Southern Connecticut State University.
