Media interaction with Consul General (Ambassador Mrs. Riva Ganguly Das)

          Consul General of India organized ‘Meet the Press’ with local media on March 30, 2016. Ambassador Mrs. Riva Ganguly Das addressed the gathering when she informed the forthcoming important events such as Third Hindi Conference and the 2nd International Yoga Day to be organized in a big way.

          While thanking them for their good works in promoting India, Consul General alsosought media cooperation in spreading Consulate's messages across the community and called upon their support to make each endeavor successful. She listed out her priorities like further improvement in Consular services, community interaction, outreach events, education and trade and commerce.

          The address was followed by Q&A session from the press. The event was attended by a large number of media personnel andit ended with a lunch.
