The Consulate General of India, New York invites sealed tenders from eligible firms/agencies for Digital Podium with the touch screen monitor. This will be used at various events for public addressing at Consulate General of India, New York.

The specification of Podium should be as per the following details.

SPECIFICATIONS:

1.The podium should be height adjustable.

2.It should contain a touch Screen Monitor.

3.Podium must have various ports (i.e. USB, HDMI, VGA etc.)

4.It should contain minimum 1 microphone (with XLR 3 Pin Socket & shock mount XLR Socket) that can be easily connected with our Audio mixer.

5.It should have cover to cover the monitor of the touch screen.

6.It should be equipped with all latest public address system

7.Its should be movable (with wheel mounted base)

8.Engraving/Digital Display of our emblem along with Consulate General of India, New York in front.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

i.Tenders to be submitted in sealed envelope to: Head of Chancery, Consulate General of India, 3 East 64^th Street, New York, NY 10065

ii.Rates should be quoted in figures and words clearly.

iii.Rates should be inclusive of all taxes and other charges.

iv.Imprinting/Display should be included in the quote.
