INVITATION FOR TENDER

Conduct of Indian Tea Tasting Event in the Consulate

The Consulate General of India, New York invites sealed tenders from Food Industry firms/agencies for conduct of promotion of Indian Tea Tasting Event at the Consulate in October 2018.

Interested agencies may kindly forward their quotes with details of all services provided along with a brief profile and past projects undertaken.

i. Tenders submission : Email your quote in password protected file to:

com.newyork@mea.gov.in / hoc.newyork@mea.gov.in

ii. Rates should be quoted in figures and words clearly.

iii. Rates should be inclusive of all taxes and other charges.

iv. Quote transportation charges to New York separately.

Deadline of Tender: August 28, 2018, 13:00 HRS (Late Tenders will not be Accepted)

The Consulate General of India, New York reserves the right to cancel/reject any or all quotations without assigning any specific reasons.
