The Consulate General of India, 3 East 64 Street, New York, NY 10065 invites bids, to provide catering services in the morning and evening for two hundred (200) guests on the occasion of Republic Day of India, on 26th January 2019. The bids should include all the expenses like food items, utensils, chafing dishes, worker and supply of the items to the Consulate. The services should include the following:

Catering arrangement for 200 guests should be as mentioned below, and the payment will be as per actual number intimated closer to the date :

Appetizers:

•           One vegetarian item      
•           One non-vegetarian

Main Course:

• Assorted Breads
• Plain Rice
• Chicken Biryani
• Three Vegetarian Dishes
• Two Sweet Dishes

Other Items:

• Formal Plates
• Spoons & Forks
