The Consulate General of India, New York invites Sealed tenders from eligible firms/agencies forsupply of the following itemsas promotional material for the Make in India Campaign of Department of Industrial Policy & Promotion (DIPP), Ministry of Commerce, Government of India, as per the following details:

1) Power Bank:

Capacity: 2200 mAh / 4400 mAh / 6600 mAh / 8800 mAh

• Logo: "Make in India" on the front face

(2) Business Card Holder:

• "Make in India Logo "Printed on the top cover".

3) Credit Card Holder

• "Make in India Logo "Printed on the cover".

4) Two Pocket Document Folder

• "Make in India Logo "Printed on the front cover".

5) Click Ball Pens

• "Make in India Logo "Printed on the pen".

6) Indoor / Outdoor Retractor Vinyl Banner

•  Size: 3'x 7'
• "Make in Indiasector logo "Printed on the banner".

TERMS & CONDITIONS

i. Tenders to be submitted in sealed envelopes
ii. Rates per piece for each category should be quoted in figures and words clearly
iii. Rates should be inclusive of all taxes and other charges
iv.Personalization should be included in the price
