       The Consulate General of India, 3 East 64 street, New York, NY 10065 invites bids for supply and installation of below mentioned items to the Consular Hall of the Chancery Building:

1. Token management system

2. Coffee vending machine

3. Electric fittings and new light fixtures

4. New Public counters

5. Reception leather comfortable benches

       The bids should include all expenses like supply the items and all required material, labor, technician and electrician, installation of items at desired place and disposal of the garbage after completion of the work.

       Interested parties are welcome to contact the Consulate to assess the scope of the work before submission of their bids on any working day till Nov 28, 2018 between 0900 hrs. and 1730 hrs.
