          The Consulate General of India, 3 east 64 street, New York, NY 10065 invites bids for changing the Air Conditioning units in office rooms (Commerce and culture) AC Capacity- 3 Ton, 36,000 BTU, CG's office 2nd floor AC Capacity- 5 Ton, 60,000 BTU, Reception area, AC Capacity- 5 Ton, 60,000 BTU, Account room, AC Capacity- 3 Ton, 36,000 BTU, Consul Trade office, AC Capacity- 3 Ton, 36,000 BTU and in DCG's office, AC Capacity- 3 Ton, 36,000 BTU, of the chancery building. The bids should include supply of all  required parts, installation of new AC units and removal/disposal of old AC units.

          Interested parties are welcome to contact the Consulate to assess the scope of the work before submission of their bids on any working day till Aug 11, 2016 between 0900 hrs and 1730 hrs.
