          The Consulate General of India, 3 East 64 street, New York, NY 10065 invites bids for installation of Digital LED panel screen in the Ballroom 2^nd floor of the Chancery Building. The bids should include all the expenses like supply and installation of LED panel of size 20’x8’ including all required accessories, cabling and other electrical fittings during installation of Digital LED panel in designated room, all other material related to work including delivery, labor, material etc.

          Interested parties are welcome to contact the Consulate to assess the scope of the work before submission of their bids on any working day till March 31, 2021 between 0900 hrs and 1730 hrs.
