Consulate to hold Open House every fortnight from 10AM to 1PM starting from 4th January 2017 to address grievances of the people

INDIAN PASSPORTS, VISA, OCI AND OTHER CONSULAR SERVICES

The Indian Consulate, New York will hold an “Open House” every fortnight starting from January 2017 to address the grievances of the people on issues related to visas, passports and OCI cards. The same will be held from 10 AM to 1 PM on the first Wednesday and 2 PM to 5 PM on the third Wednesday of every month w.e.f. January 2017 at the Consulate [3East 64 Street between 5th Avenue and Madison, NY - 10065], . If these happen to fall on a holiday, the Open House will be held on the first working day thereafter. Complaints and grievances pertaining to grant of visas, passports and/or OCI cards will be attended to in the ‘Open House’. Applicants may come in person and bring all relevant documents including fee receipt, if consular fee has been paid. It would be helpful if you could register at least one day in advance for each Open House session by sending e-mail to helpline@indiacgny.org
