 The Consulate General of India, New York invites sealed tenders from eligible firms/agencies for round and rectangular table covers and runners as promotional material for the Make in India Campaign of Department of Industrial Policy & Promotion (DIPP), Ministry of Commerce, Government of India, as per the following details. 

Specifications:

1. Fabric:  Polyester wrinkle free
2. Size:  

i) Round Table Covers – 90 inches

ii) Rectangular Table Covers – 60 X 102 inches

iii) Table Runners – 28 inch wide

3. Quantity –Table Covers

i) White: 15 Rectangular and 15 Round

ii) Dark Blue: 20 Rectangular

Runners

i) Burgundy: 4

ii) Navy Blue: 4

4. Imprint Details: Make in India Logo and India’s National Emblem along with Consulate General of India, New York to be printed on each table cloth.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

i. Tenders to be submitted in sealed envelopes to: Consulate General of India, 3 East 64th Street, New York, NY 10065
ii. Rates per piece for each category should be quoted in figures and words clearly
iii. Rates should be inclusive of all taxes and other charges
iv. Imprinting should be included in the quote
