The Consulate General of India, 3 east 64 street, New York, NY 10065 invites bids for Air Conditioner replacement in the first floor Ballroom of the Chancery Building. The capacity of Air Conditioner for first floor Ballroom  should be atleast-24000-26000 BTU. The bids should include all expenses like supply of all required parts,  installation of new AC unit and removal/disposal of old AC units.

Interested parties are welcome to contact the Consulate to assess the scope of the work before submission of their bids on any working day till Sep 13, 2018 between 0900 hrs. and 1730 hrs.
