NOTICE INVITING TENDER / QUOTATIONS

The Consulate General of India, New York invites sealed tenders to submit proposals for the provision of design and printing services for high quality invitation cards and pamphlets.

2. Details of Products are placed below:

i) We would require 200 copies of invitation cards and 250 copies of 8 page pamphlets including cover page.

ii) Dimensions: Invitation Cards: Length: 7.0 inches Width: 5.0 inches
Pamphlets: Length: 8. 5 inches Width 5.5 inches

iii) Paper quality: High quality paper in Matte or Glossy Finish

3) Terms & Conditions
i. Tenders to be submitted in sealed envelopes
ii. Quotes may be submitted for total costs for designing and printing as well as separate quotes for designing service and printing service may be submitted for both Matte and Glossy Finish and should be quoted in figures and words clearly.
iii. Taxes should be shown separately as we are a tax exempt organization.
